Devoteam Serbia proudly announces the successful organization of its second annual Code4GirlZ Free Programming Workshop for Girls, continuing its commitment to fostering gender diversity and supporting women in technology.
This year’s workshop, held on April 13, brought together over 30 enthusiastic young girls eager to explore the world of programming. With the guidance of 13 dedicated volunteer IT consultants from Devoteam Serbia serving as mentors, the participants delved into various coding challenges, learned new skills, and gained insights into the dynamic field of technology.
The event showcased Devoteam Serbia’s dedication to empowering the next generation of female tech talent. As part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, supporting women in tech and promoting gender equality has been a core focus since its inception.
We are thrilled to see the overwhelming enthusiasm and passion displayed by the participants at this year’s Code4GirlZ workshop. By providing young girls with access to technology and mentorship, we are not only equipping them with valuable skills, but also inspiring them to pursue rewarding careers in tech.
